System Installation

When cabling is required, the technical staff will install all internal wiring, based on the Client's needs or floor plans, prior to system installation date. All Category 5e & fiber cables are certified.
The actual installation of the system will take place on a date mutually agreed upon by the Customer, Mask Communications and Bell Canada. Mask Communications will be responsible for all telephone and voice mail issues, including negotiations with Bell for the installation of your system(s).

The installation will proceed through distinct phases:

Mask Communications will parallel the system installation, where possible. The system will be connected to Bell lines and tested. Bell Canada technicians will deliver lines on the scheduled date. The Mask Communications technicians will then test and interface lines to the system. Once the integration process is complete, the technician will run a full diagnostics of all facilities, including programming.
Mask Communications will provide user training at the Customer's location following the installation.
