System Installation
When cabling is required, the technical staff will install all internal wiring, based on the Client's needs or floor plans, prior to system installation date. All Category 5e & fiber cables are certified.The actual installation of the system will take place on a date mutually agreed upon by the Customer, Mask Communications and Bell Canada. Mask Communications will be responsible for all telephone and voice mail issues, including negotiations with Bell for the installation of your system(s).
The installation will proceed through distinct phases:
- TESTING
- CUTOVER
- DIAGNOSTICS
Mask Communications will provide user training at the Customer's location following the installation.
