What are the minimum system requirements for internet service?
For wireless or satellite service, you need a network card. We can provide and install one if you need it.Do I need Line of Sight to your tower?
No, our wireless service can penetrate some tree coverage.
Is service available at my location?
We have service in the area between Wilno and Golden Lake. Give us a call with your address and we'll see how it looks.
Can I connect more than one computer to your service?
Yes, you will need a wireless router or a network switch. Please see our Extras page for prices.
Which service is best for me?
For basic surfing, streaming and email, we suggest our Basic Wireless plan. If you do lots of downloading, or run a business with more than 4 computers, try our Faster plan. If Wireless service is not available at your location, try Skyway Satellite service.
What is your minimum contract period?
The initial minimum contract is 1 year for Wireless and 2 years for Satellite
Does rain affect signal strength?
Short answer: No. Long answer: Very, very rarely in extremely heavy rain or freezing rain.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. With our Bakers Dozen discount, you can get 1 month free if you pay for 12 months in advance.
What are your payment options?
We accept payment by Credit card or auto-debit. We accept payment by cheque or cash for our Bakers Dozen discount plan.
Do you offer Point-to-Point Service?
