Our Service Policy is second to none, as is our response time. Due to the geographic location of our office, we are within a two hour drive of Deep River, Renfrew & Whitney.Mask Communications has an in-house Remote Maintenance and Administration Centre. We recommend that your system be fitted with remote capabilities (if applicable). Within our Centre, all system programming, alarms and busy-out conditions can be detected and addressed. This saves a technician driving to your site & that translates into savings for you.
Mask Communications provides a Maintenance Agreement for Toshiba Product after one year that ensures our Key Customers are provided with first class service under any conditions; 24 hours service, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
